The Certificate of Analysis (COA) includes moisture content, volatile oil content, ASTA colour value (for chilli and turmeric), pesticide residue (to EU MRL limits), microbial count, heavy metals, and any product-specific parameters required by the buyer's market.
MOQ varies by spice. For common spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric in bulk (PP/jute bags), MOQ is typically 500 kg to 1 MT. For premium products like saffron or large-bold green cardamom, MOQ can be as low as 50 g to 100 g. Contact us with your specific requirement for an exact MOQ and quote.
