What is the minimum order quantity for a private-label run?

Standard private-label MOQ is 500 kg per SKU for spices and herbal teas, and 1 MT per SKU for dry fruits and dehydrated products. Lower trial quantities can be arranged with a development fee.

Which certifications come with private-label products?

Every private-label shipment includes APEDA registration, FSSAI license details, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a NABL-accredited lab, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Certificate of Origin. ISO and organic certification available on request.

Can you produce custom spice blends to my recipe?

Yes — we run custom blending in dedicated lines and follow your recipe to ±0.5% accuracy. Sample blending and re-trials are part of the development cycle before bulk production.

How long does a private-label production cycle take?

Sample to first bulk shipment is typically 4-8 weeks: 1-2 weeks for artwork and packaging design, 2-3 weeks for production, and 2-3 weeks for QC, documentation, and freight booking. Repeat orders ship within 2-3 weeks.

What packaging formats are available?

Stand-up pouches (50g to 1kg), PET jars, tin containers, paperboard boxes, foil pouches, vacuum-sealed retail packs, and bulk 25kg / 50kg export bags. Custom artwork printed on food-grade laminate.

What is the minimum order for private label?

MOQ for private label varies by product and packaging format. Can you design the packaging for my brand?

We do not offer in-house packaging design services, but we work with your designer's artwork files. Provide us your brand logo, label design (in AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG format), and we arrange professional printing through our packaging partners. We can also recommend label compliance requirements for your target market (FDA, EU, UK, GCC) so your designer knows what to include.
How long does private label production take?

From artwork approval to dispatch, lead time is typically 3–4 weeks for initial orders. This includes printing lead time for custom packaging, production, quality inspection, and export documentation. Repeat orders on existing artwork can often be dispatched within 2–3 weeks. Rush orders may be possible depending on product and quantity.
What label information is required for different markets?

Requirements vary by destination: USA (FDA) requires ingredient list, nutrition facts panel (per FDA format), allergen declaration, net weight in US units, country of origin, and distributor name. EU requires multilingual labels per EU food law. Middle East (GCC/ESMA) requires Arabic language on labels.
