Yes. Every spice batch is tested at NABL-accredited laboratories before shipment. The Certificate of Analysis (COA) includes moisture content, volatile oil content, ASTA colour value (for chilli and turmeric), pesticide residue (to EU MRL limits), microbial count, heavy metals and any product-specific parameters required by the buyer's market.

MOQ varies by spice. For common spices like cumin, coriander and turmeric in bulk (PP / jute bags), MOQ is typically 500 kg to 1 MT. For premium products like saffron or large-bold green cardamom, MOQ can be as low as 50 g to 100 g. Contact us with your specific requirement for an exact MOQ and quote.

Yes. Aethon Overseas offers organic-certified variants of key spices including turmeric, cumin, coriander, black pepper, ginger and fennel seeds. Our organic products comply with USDA NOP (USA), EU Organic Regulation and India NPOP standards. Organic COA and certification documents are provided with each shipment.

Aethon Overseas is registered with APEDA (mandatory for Indian agricultural exports) and holds Spice Board of India certification, an FSSAI license, ISO certification and Organic certification. All certifications are available for review on request and provided with each order.

Yes. Aethon Overseas supports annual contracts for 50–500 MT/SKU/year with negotiated pricing, monthly call-off schedules and Letter of Credit at sight or open-account terms (with credit insurance).
