An essential element of Asian cuisine worldwide, Spring Onions (Scallions/Hara
Pyaz) are exported heavily from Maharashtra and Gujarat. Characterized by their
small white bulb and long, hollow, dark-green tops, our spring onions are mildly
pungent and highly crisp. We pack them immediately post-harvest with ice-packs
to prevent wilting of the delicate upper leaves.
