FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes, Indian Onions are available year-round due to multiple harvest seasons (Kharif, Late Kharif, and Rabi). The peak export window typically runs from December to May and from August to October, ensuring a consistent supply of both red and yellow varieties.
Every shipment undergoes rigorous testing in NABL-accredited laboratories. We comply with the strict Maximum Residue (MRL) standards of the destination country, and provide mandatory Phytosanitary Certification from the NPPO to ensure it is pest-free and safe for consumption.
We export onions in 5kg, 10kg, and 25kg red or yellow mesh bags to maintain ventilation. For international transit, we use dry ventilated containers for shorter distances and refrigerated (reefer) containers for long-haul shipments to preserve freshness and prevent sprouting.
Our primary export markets include the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait), Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia), and certain European nations. We supply to both high-volume wholesale markets and large scale retail supermarket chains.
