Lemon from India — sourced, graded and export-ready.

Indian lemons and limes are globally famous for their exceptionally thin skins (which translates to higher juice yield), zesty aroma, and sharp, intense acidity. We export the famous 'Kagzi Nimbu' (Sour Lime) and premium Seedless Lemons straight from the orchards of Maharashtra and AP. Our lemons are carefully waxed to retain moisture and ensure a transit life of up to 30 days.

Aethon Overseas supplies lemon available as sour lime (kagzi nimbu), seedless lemon, sweet lime (mosambi). From trial samples to multi-container annual contracts, every lot is cleaned, graded and quality-checked before shipment — with a Certificate of Analysis, phytosanitary certificate and full export documentation included.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about sourcing lemon from Aethon Overseas.

Yes, Indian Lemons are available for export throughout the year. The peak harvest periods for thinning-skinned, juicy lemons are from January to March and July to September. We source from prime citrus belts in Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra to ensure premium quality.

Every shipment of Lemons undergoes rigorous pesticide Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) testing in APEDA-authorized laboratories. We comply with Global GAP standards and ensure all consignments meet international safety and hygiene requirements for the EU, UK, and Middle East.

We pack Lemons in 6kg, 7kg, or 10kg corrugated fiberboard (CFB) cartons. For international transit, we maintain a strict cold chain at 8-10°C in reefer containers; for high-priority shelf-life sensitive orders, we utilize specialized air-freight logistics.

Our primary export destinations include the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia. We supply to industrial beverage manufacturers, international culinary chains, and large-scale retail supermarket networks.
