Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) FROM INDIA

A foundational ingredient in global spicy cuisines, fresh Indian green chillies are esteemed for their vibrant green color, pungent aroma, and sharp heat. We export popular varieties such as the thin and highly potent 'Jwala' and the short, round 'Bullet' chilli. Our green chillies are hand-picked without the calyx (stem) if required, ensuring a longer shelf life without rot during air transit.

Sourced from: Gujarat, AP, Maharashtra

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes, Indian Green Chillies are available for export year-round. The peak season for optimal pungency and color is from December to May. We source from the primary chilli-growing belts of Guntur, Karnataka, and Maharashtra to ensure a consistent supply of various heat levels (G4, Teja, etc.).
Green Chilli is a high-monitoring crop. All exports to the UK and EU are processed through APEDA-authorized pack houses. Every batch undergoes comprehensive pesticide Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) testing in NABL-accredited laboratories to ensure 100% compliance with international food safety standards.
Freshness and spice retention are critical. We pack Green Chillies in 4kg or 5kg perforated corrugated fiberboard (CFB) cartons. We primarily use air freight to ensure the product reaches the destination within 24-48 hours; for regional sea transport, we use reefer containers at 7-10°C.
Our primary export markets include the United Kingdom, the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia), and Southeast Asia. Our buyers range from international retail supermarket chains to specialized spice and fresh vegetable importers.
