Ridge Gourd (Turai / Ghosal) is a prominent, dark-green vegetable characterized
by its sharp longitudinal ridges. When harvested tender, the inner white flesh
is extremely soft and slightly sweet, making it a favorite in South Asian
cooking. Our export quality ridge gourds are selected for their straightness,
vibrant color, and lack of internal sponginess/seeds.
