We believe our buyers deserve to know exactly where their products come from and how they are handled before they reach the port. Here is our complete farm-to-export process — 6 steps that ensure the quality, compliance, and reliability of every shipment.
Crop Planning & Farm Identification
Before each season, our sourcing team analyses India's key growing regions to identify the best farms for each product — based on soil quality, water source, farming practices, and historical quality consistency. We establish direct relationships with farmers and farmer cooperatives, agreeing on quality parameters, pricing, and timelines before harvest begins.
What This Means for You
You receive products sourced from farms we have personally visited and pre-qualified — not random spot purchases from a commodity market.
Pre-Harvest & Harvest Inspection
Our team visits farms at key growth stages to monitor crop health, pesticide usage, and maturity. At harvest, our inspectors are present on-site to select lots that meet our export quality specifications. Non-conforming produce is rejected at the farm level — before it enters our supply chain.
What This Means for You
Quality control begins at the source, not at the packaging line. Substandard lots never enter your shipment.
Primary Processing & Quality Testing
Harvested produce is transported to our certified processing and grading facilities where it undergoes cleaning and washing, sorting by size and color, grading per export standard, and initial quality testing including moisture, color, and purity checks. Samples from every lot are sent to NABL-accredited laboratories for full quality analysis — pesticide residues, microbial load, aflatoxin, heavy metals, and product-specific parameters.

You receive a Certificate of Analysis from an accredited laboratory with every shipment — not just a supplier's self-declaration.
Custom Packaging & Labelling
Once a lot passes quality inspection, it moves to the packaging line. We pack products to buyer specifications — retail packs, bulk bags, vacuum pouches, or custom cartons. For private label orders, all branding elements (logo, ingredient list, nutrition facts, barcodes) are applied per the buyer's design files and market regulations (EU, FDA, FSSAI, Gulf Standards).

Export Documentation & Compliance
Our in-house export documentation team prepares all required paperwork: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, APEDA registration certificate, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate (where required), health certificate, and the Certificate of Analysis from the laboratory. We work directly with India's export regulatory authorities to ensure all documentation is accurate and delivered on time.

Freight, Logistics & Delivery
We coordinate air and sea freight through established relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers. For time-sensitive fresh produce, we arrange air freight with cold chain handling. For bulk dehydrated products, spices, and dry fruits, sea freight in 20ft or 40ft containers (including refrigerated reefer containers where needed) is arranged to any port worldwide. Shipment tracking is provided, and our team remains your point of contact until goods are cleared at the destination port and delivered to your warehouse.
